We already had big rain and there was no water! They even put in extra sump pump no charge because my old one was to tall! Call them if you want great experience in construction!

We had water seepage in our basement. After having a bigger company come out to look, I gave Gem City a call. I am so glad that I did. The bigger companies are just trying to sell more than you need and they don't seem to care so long as they get their money. The owner of Gem City is really straightforward and he will tell you upfront what will be done and the total cost. Once they got started they came back everyday until the job was done. Not only that but the owner and crew went above and beyond to make sure that the job was completely done and then some. They were all polite and did great work. I only wish that I could have all of my home projects done by Gem City!

I had glass block windows installed in my home by Gem City Home Improvement but I continued to experience water seepage. Tony responded promptly and personally to all reports of water seepage and continued to try to resolve the issue even doing work that was not previously negotiated. After the third attempt he was able to resolve my issue and to this day my basement is completely dry. Tony is down to earth and easy to talk to.

Gem City Home Improvement saved my home from flooding and mold issues. Tony and his crew came in and completely restructured my basement with the proper drain systems and sump pump. They did the tear out and hauling away of all debris. They painted the new floor and ceiling. They went the extra mile to paint around my exterior foundation. They were creative and kind enough to use some of the cement to patch my front steps. His crew shoveled my sidewalk and put salt down when it snowed. I have a perfectly dry basement now. The days of leaks and standing water are over . I am a happy home owner now, thanks to Gem City Home Improvement!
